Krone's attack helicopters, these highly mobile enemies are armed with machine guns and need repeated rocket hits to take down. Slow time and manually guiding your rockets are recommended to combat Helos as they will frequently dodge incoming fire.
Even with slow time, Helo can be hard to hit. Stay behind cover until one gets close, then use time freeze, make sure that the targeting reticule is red, and fire rockets as quickly as possible.
